1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a room, entering the casino floor, or using crownstay.online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any guests in your party at Crown Stay Casino Hotel.
2. Reservations & payment
A valid credit card is required to guarantee any reservation. Rates displayed on crownstay.online are per room, per night, and exclude taxes and the nightly resort fee unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations
Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Package rates and event-weekend bookings may carry a different cancellation window, disclosed at the time of booking.
4. Casino floor rules
Guests must be 21 years or older to access the casino floor at Crown Stay Casino Hotel. All gaming is subject to Nevada gaming regulations and the house rules posted at each table and machine. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for conduct that violates casino floor policy.
5. Liability
Crown Stay Casino Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where required by law. Guests are responsible for damage to hotel rooms or property beyond normal wear.
6. Website use
Content on crownstay.online, including text, images and the Crown Stay name and logo, is the property of Crown Stay Casino Hotel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
